2. Service description

FancyText is a free service offering tools to generate special characters, cool fonts, Unicode text conversion, and name generation for games and social media. All characters belong to the public Unicode standard. You can use most features without signing in.

3. User accounts

Signing in is optional and done via a Google account (Firebase Authentication). When signed in, you can sync favorite characters across devices. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service. Data collection and processing for accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Lawful use

  • You may use the service for personal purposes. Please do not reuse the website's content, source code, or data for commercial purposes without permission.
  • You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, offensive, insulting, or harassing to others.
  • You may not use automated tools or scripts (bots, scrapers) that overload the system.
  • You may not copy or redistribute the website's source code or data without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unicode characters belong to the public standard of the Unicode Consortium and are not owned by FancyText. However, the website's interface, source code, logo, and editorial content are owned by FancyText.

6. User-generated content

Names and text you create using our tools are your responsibility. FancyText is not liable for how you use the characters and names you create.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after changes are made means you accept the new terms.
